*$1,000,000.00 Grand Prize paid as 30 annual installments. The first annual payment of $33,000 will be made within five (5) business days of the selection of the Grand Prize winner. Thereafter, All American Pet Co, Inc. will make twenty nine (29) additional annual payments on September 30 of each subsequent year. Twenty eight subsequent payments will made in the amount of thirty three thousand US dollars ($33,000). The thirtieth (30) annual payments of forty three thousand US dollars ($43,000) will be the last payment and sum the Grand Prize winning to one million US dollars ($1,000,000). All payments will be made by an official bank check drawn on the Bow Wow Million Inc. or its surviving corporate entity's bank account.
** If the photo depicts another person other than the Contestant, Contestant represents that he/she has or can obtain all necessary permission, including but not limited to any likeness release and/or written permission to include person in photo in Contest.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least age 18 or older at time of entry and have photo-uploading capabilities. Ends October 24, 2009. See Contest Official Rules for details.
